Overcoming Inequality: Why Governance Matters

The 2009 report summarizes progress toward the EFA goals on early childhood care and education, universal primary education, meeting the lifelong learning needs of youth and adults, adult literacy, gender, quality, and financing education. Additionally, policy recommendations are included that relate to each of the goals, such as eliminating inequities for all children and the need to provide more financial aid to impoverished countries.
