Act No. 10 of 2049 B.S.: Act relating to protect the rights and interest of Children Preamble: Whereas, it is expedient to make timely legal provisions in order to protect the rights and interests of children for the physical, mental and intellectual development of children; Be it enacted by Parliament in the twenty first year of the reign of His Majesty's King Birendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
